The year 2021 is important for Promens and our common future. We present the new owner of our company and at the same time a partner who will help us fulfill our potential and develop quality for our employees and customers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

1998 \/ <\/span><\/strong>PU RIM: first deliveries to \u0160koda Auto<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2008 \/<\/span><\/strong> with the entry of a new owner, we change the name to Promens Zl\u00edn<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2021 \/<\/span><\/strong> Promens Zl\u00edn has a turnover of \u20ac 40 million<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Why do we change owners?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

We found a strategic partner for the completion of a new production plant<\/strong> and the implementation of all planned improvements in reality<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our goal is to have everything under one roof<\/strong> – in addition to the existing paint shop, the entire RIM technology and assembly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
