By combining the expertise of Promens Zlín and Purteknik Poliuretan Otomotiv, Purteknik by Promens Zlín has been established as a joint venture with three manufacturing plants, shared technical know-how and unified quality standards. The new company provides customers with greater manufacturing flexibility, broader technological capabilities and in-depth knowledge of local markets, while creating a stronger platform to support customers across Europe and Türkiye.
A partnership built on experience
After four years of successful cooperation, Promens Zlín and Purteknik Poliuretan Otomotiv have taken their partnership to the next level by establishing the joint venture Purteknik by Promens Zlín. The new company connects two manufacturing plants – one in Zlín, Czech Republic, and the other in Düzce, Türkiye – creating a stronger manufacturing network for customers in Europe and Türkiye.
Production is carried out at two strategically located plants that share technical know-how, project management expertise, manufacturing experience and a unified approach to quality. The cooperation also includes joint development of new projects, technology sharing and the transfer of experience between the two teams. As a result, customers can expect the same level of quality and technical support regardless of where their project is manufactured.

Purteknik brings in-depth knowledge of the Turkish market, long-standing relationships with automotive and bus manufacturers, an established supplier network and experience in manufacturing for regional OEM customers.
