JEC Paris serves as a single venue where technological innovation, strategic partnerships, and key topics shaping the future of transportation and industrial manufacturing converge, with a focus on weight savings, sustainability, and design. This year, our application proudly represented us at the event and R&D team attended as well.

“We attended JEC 2025, which, like in previous years, proved to be a fantastic opportunity to meet many of our current partners and establish entirely new connections.

This experience allows us to stay informed about current trends in the world of composite materials and related technologies. As a result, we can respond to demands for weight savings and sustainability with innovative solutions for our customers.”

Designed for the Toughest Applications

We presented a sample of an engine hood for the Ammann ARR 1575 vibratory roller, manufactured using Reaction Injection Molding (RIM) technology with PDCPD material. This material is ideal for heavy-duty applications that require mechanical strength, dimensional stability, and resistance.

For the exhibition, we created a special design inspired by the iconic livery of the 1999 British American Racing Formula 1 team.

The surface of the hood was divided into two halves:

  1. The left side showcased the original Ammann paint scheme, emphasizing the application, technology, and materials used.
  2. The right side featured a dynamic design from Promens Zlín.

Our goal was to demonstrate that, in addition to engineering and technological excellence, we can also show creative design.

New Interior Solution for Iveco Buses

The Canon S.p.A. booth also showcased our driver cascade box designed for the Iveco Low Entry city buses. This new assembly replaces the original fiberglass solution and delivers significant improvements in appearance, stability, and manufacturing consistency.

We manufacture individual components of the box using a combination of Sheet Molding Compound (SMC) and vacuum forming technologies, followed by a final surface treatment that includes painting.

The complete assembly is composed of over 50 purchased components combined with plastic parts manufactured in-house.

“Thanks to its high quality and appealing design, this solution became the new standard for the next generation of Iveco buses. We can say that the annual production volume is about 2,500 complete units.”
